How do I get a copy/reprint of my tax bill?

If you are on any of our monthly pre-authorized plans, or your mortgage company pays your taxes, you will not receive an interim bill, only a final bill. Your final bill is what you will need for income tax purposes. If you require a re-print of your tax bill, there is a $10.00 fee. Please email tax@ajax.ca and provide us with your name, roll number and address. The $10.00 fee will be added to your tax account and the copy of the tax bill will e-mailed back to you. You may also visit us in person at 65 Harwood Ave. S, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to pick up your copy/reprint and pay the $10.00 fee.

How do I get a statement of my tax account?

If you require a statement of your tax account, there is a $10.00 fee. Please email tax@ajax.ca and provide us with your name, roll number and address.
